If you want to feed six unexpected guests by tasty and high-energy course, the best decision is to make baat – traditional Badakhshan food.
Structure:
- Cream
- Milk
- Flour
- Sugar
- Salt

Reciepe:
- Boil the milk.
- Reheat 400 g. of cream in the pot*

- When cream is melt, add 100 g. of flour
- Stir up
- Add 200 ml. of hot boiled milk
- Stir up approximately 10 min. until it became the same kind as gruel
- Add sugar and salt to somebody’s taste
- Stir up until vegetable oil will extract on the surface of slush
- Lay out baat on a plate

*As in Badakhshan only natural products are used, cream is skimed from the milk and collected few days.
